Health and Safety management
TSMC Washington believes that safety and health management is an important part of the company's commitment to take care of employees and their families. To this end, we are ISO 4500:2018 certified. Similar to what ISO14001 registration does for the environment, this important Occupational Health and Safety Management System provides the structure and processes to help ensure consistent safety performance on behalf of our employees and contractors. Through audits, we seek to improve our safety performance. TSMC Washington practices strict safety and health management procedures, maintains stringent standards for facility and hardware operations, and promotes continuous improvement programs.
