TSMC Washington has implemented various recognition programs, including:
President’s Award to honor employees who exemplify the company core values and are role models in the organization:
- WAFER Recognition system for any employee to recognize and appreciate the work of another employee
- Employee/Team of the Quarter to highlight those individuals and teams who have made significant contributions in the previous quarter
- Service Year Recognition to appreciate employees’ long-term commitment and contribution
- Continuous Improvement Team competition and awards to recognize teamwork and problem solving
Employee Development
TSMC Washington provides comprehensive learning opportunities and resources to all employees. Each employee is given a training plan and an individual development plan.
We also offer Tuition Assistance for those who would like to continue their formal education or attend relevant classes and workshops outside of the company training offerings.
Managers and Executives regularly engage in targeted leadership development programs to enhance their skills.
Open Communications
